Do I even have a case?

What if I’m not sure what happened to me counts as sexual harassment?

Will I have to pay anything to find out if I have a case?

What if I’m afraid of losing my job if I report this?

California law protects you from retaliation. Your employer cannot legally fire you, demote you, or punish you for reporting sexual harassment. If they do — that’s another violation we can pursue. You have more protection than you may realize.

Do I have to have proof?

No. Many sexual harassment cases have no physical evidence. What matters is your account of what happened. We know how to build a case. That’s our job — not yours.

How long do I have to file a claim?
